From simple routine inspections of small equipment to sophisticated plant we can provide a maintenance program and schedule to suit your requirements. All maintenance programs include inspection and follow up reports.

Airconditioning Maintenance

Installing an airconditioning system in your home or office is a substantial investment. Regular maintenance of your aircondiitoning system ensures that it continues to operate at maximum efficiency, providing the comfort of warmth and cooling when most needed. Our pre planned program will provide one inspection per year and include the following:

  1. Clean air filters
  2. Clean and inspect the condensate drain
  3. Check pipe work for vibration and rubbing
  4. Check and clean the condenser coils
  5. Check the refrigerant coils
  6. Check the refrigerant charge
  7. Lubricate motors
  8. Check each motor, ie. Compressor, fans etc and report condition
  9. Test the unit controls, inspect for correct operation
  10. Inspect the duct system, ie, check for leaks or damage
  11. Provide written report detailing system condition
  12. Advice is provided that may enhance the unit performance and save you money

(Note: All repair work would be quoted and an authority in writing needed prior to any repairs being undertaken).
