Coolrooms and Freezer Rooms

Freezer Refrigeration

Hi-Temp Services specialize in the supply and installation of custom designed Coolrooms and Freezer rooms. Rooms can range from small scale for such use in a café to large cold storage applications for the winery and food manufacturing industries.

High grade, quality panel is used on all installations and refrigeration can be self contained or remote. Using remote refrigeration a high ambient condensing unit is coupled to an evaporator inside the coolroom. Heatloads are calculated to work out engineering requirements. Self contained units can be drop in or slide in models and are available in medium and low temperature application.

Glass door inserts are available in 1,2,3,4 door and can be custom made to maximize point of sale.

Modular Kit rooms are also available in various sizes and can be assembled within 4 hours. These are an ideal solution for small to medium sized applications.

The vertical chiller range is the most popular for delicatessens, convenience stores, cafes and fast food stores. Cabinets come in 1,2 and 3 door models and range in operating performance from 32 degrees ambient to 40 degrees ambient. These chillers allow owners’ to enter the food merchandising market on a restrictive budget but still meet food safety requirements and cost criteria.

Hi-Temp Services supply a range of chillers including custom made and off the shelf units. These chillers are used for a number of applications in the mining, winery, dairy, plastic and food processing industry. These range in size form 5kw through to 500kw. We can assist in your heat load calculations to select a chiller that would best suit your application.

We are also suppliers of Al-Cool LF for winery brine systems.

HTS can supply and install pumps for the circulation of brine in wineries and waste water systems.

Ice Machines

HTS supplies and install a full range of SKOPE ice machines. These ice machines are available in a range of sizes and capacities to suit your particular application.
